Lukasz Gwardynski

Lukasz Gwardynski serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Technology Services at Vanguard Renewables since October 2024. Concurrently, Lukasz has held various leadership roles at SCORE Mentors, focusing on chapter development and mentoring since December 2019. Prior to their current position, Lukasz worked at ADM from September 2009 to November 2024 in roles including Director of Global Engineering & Process Design, where responsibilities encompassed global process technology development and operational support for refining and biodiesel sectors. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Kraft Foods and an early engineering trainee role at Wabco. Academically, Lukasz holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Master's degree in Automatics and Robotics from Gdańsk University of Technology.
