Rashell Harcourt

Rashell Harcourt has a diverse work experience in the field of sustainability, waste management, and strategic partnerships. Starting as a Senior Program Manager at Heritage Interactive Services in 2002, they later moved on to roles at Sonoco, where they held positions such as Sustainability Account Manager, S3 Business Development Manager, and Sustainability Team Leader. Most recently, they served as the National Recycling Director at Northstar Recycling before joining Vanguard Renewables as the Director of Strategic Partnerships in 2023. Their expertise includes managing strategic corporate accounts, delivering innovative waste/recycling solutions, and providing process improvements throughout operations.

From 1997 to 2001, Rashell Harcourt attended Indiana State University where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Community Health and Occupational Health & Safety.
