Rebecca Soulliere

Rebecca Soulliere is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Business Support at Vanguard Renewables since February 2022, Rebecca previously co-founded the PINK Revolution Breast Cancer Alliance in October 2010, advocating for critical needs in breast cancer support and research. Additional experience includes roles as Client Solutions Director & HR at SIREAS Inc., and Head of Human Resources & Operations at BFA Global, among others. Rebecca's career also encompasses management positions in finance and operations, as well as a strong legal background as a paralegal. Educationally, Rebecca holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
