Marla Roper

Marla Roper has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Marla began their career as a Corporate Recruiting Manager at Excel Telecommunications in 1994 and held the position until 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Micrografx. In 2000, they joined Galaxy Aerospace as an Employment Supervisor, where they successfully staffed 200 positions prior to the company's acquisition by Gulfstream Aerospace in 2001. Marla then transitioned to Gulfstream Aerospace as a Human Resource Manager from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they joined FlightSafety International as a Customer Support Manager, where they supervised a team of 6 and managed daily business operations. From 2004 to 2018, Marla worked at TTI, Inc. as a Senior Human Resource Manager/Business Partner, supporting various business divisions and being responsible for a wide range of HR functions. In 2018, they joined Vanguard Resources, Inc. as the Corporate Human Resources Director.

Marla Roper received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tarleton State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
