Felipe Boero

Felipe Boero has a diverse work experience with a focus on innovation, digital transformation, and finance. Felipe started their career at LG Electronics, where they worked as a Financial Analyst, providing financial analysis and support for various business operations. Later, they transitioned to the role of Project Finance Specialist, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate project viability and manage financial models and agreements.

In 2021, Felipe moved to Vanguard X and took on the role of Business Partnerships Manager, where they worked on building and managing strategic partnerships. Felipe then became the Head of Digital Transformation, leading initiatives to drive digital transformation and align digital strategies with business objectives.

Currently, Felipe holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Vanguard X. In this role, they are responsible for leading innovation initiatives, identifying emerging technologies, and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Felipe oversees metrics to measure success and reports progress to the executive team and board of directors.

Felipe Boero completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Universidad ORT Uruguay between the years 2016 and 2020. In 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance at the same university. Later in 2022, Felipe attended Boston University and completed a program in Digital Business Transformation.

In addition to their formal education, Felipe obtained certification in Scrum Master Course from Peregrinus in January 2022. Felipe also received certification in Digital Transformation for Companies and Professionals from Udemy in August 2021.
