Allison Mieloch

Allison Mieloch currently serves as the Head of HR Technology at Vanguard, leading technology initiatives to enable Accessibility, Community Stewardship, and HR Service Delivery. Allison has also served in various senior director roles at Sungard Availability Services and SunGard, with a background in Global Service Transition Management, Product Management, and IT. Allison holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Dual MSIS/MBA degree, along with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration/Accounting. Allison has also completed executive leadership programs at KPMG and holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
