Amma Boateng

Amma Boateng is managing director of Vanguard’s Financial Advisor Services division, which provides investments, services, education, and research to more than 1,000 financial advisory firms representing nearly $3 trillion in assets.4 Amma joined Vanguard in 2004. Before her current role, she headed the channel in Financial Advisor Services that serves wirehouse, independent, and regional broker-dealers. She has also worked in the company’s Investment Management Group, its Corporate Strategy department, and its Finance and Personal Investor divisions. Amma earned an A.B. in English and economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business
