Andrea Lockhart

Andrea Lockhart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales management and growth enablement, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Vanguard since June 2021. In this role, Andrea focuses on developing Vanguard's Personal Investor sales capabilities and strategies to enhance client experience and drive sales performance. Previously, Andrea held various positions at Vanguard from 2011 to 2021, including Sales Manager, Team Leader, and Client Manager, where significant contributions were made to sales growth, process improvement, and client engagement. Prior to joining Vanguard, Andrea accumulated valuable experience in the banking sector with Wells Fargo, Heritage Bank, and Lifestyle Financial Services, as well as assisting in the establishment of Sapient’s Sydney offices. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communication from California State University-San Bernardino and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from Mt. San Antonio College.
