David Kelly

David Kelly, BSc FCA BFP, is an accomplished audit professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Global Business and Corporate Services Audit at Vanguard since November 2016, David has held various leadership roles including Head of International & Global Corporate Services Audit and Head of Audit - Europe. Prior to Vanguard, David worked at BNY Mellon from June 2011 to November 2016 as the International Audit CAO & EMEA Head of Regulatory, SME & Enterprise Functions Audit, among other positions. David began his career at KPMG as an Audit Senior Manager specializing in Investment Management & Funds and previously worked at Weston Kay as an Audit Assistant Manager. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and is a qualified Chartered Accountant through ICAEW.
