F. Joseph Loughrey

F. Joseph Loughrey is the retired president and chief operating officer of Cummins Inc. He serves as a director on the board of the V Foundation for Cancer Research. In addition, he is chairman of the boards of Hillenbrand, Inc., Oxfam America, and the Lumina Foundation for Education. Mr. Loughrey is a member of the advisory council for the College of Arts and Letters and the chairman of the advisory board to the Kellogg Institute for International Studies, both at the University of Notre Dame. He has been a Vanguard director since 2009.
