Fong Yee Chan

Fong Yee Chan currently serves as the Head of ESG Strategy for Europe at Vanguard, focusing on integrating ESG considerations across the business, conducting product research, and ensuring compliance with ESG regulations. Prior to this role, Fong Yee Chan held several key positions, including Director of EMEA Sustainable Investment Product at FTSE Russell, where leadership was provided for the ETF product strategy, and Senior Product Manager, where collaboration with investors to enhance their sustainable investment portfolios took place. Experience also includes serving as ESG Product Director at eFront, leading the development of a product for over 100 investment organizations, and as Senior Manager at the Principles for Responsible Investment, overseeing programs in private equity, infrastructure, and property. Fong Yee Chan began a career at Responsible Research and Deloitte, as well as Accenture, where innovative contributions were recognized. Educational credentials include an MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development from UCL and a B.Sc. from Simon Fraser University, complemented by studies at Copenhagen Business School.
