Kelvin Gladwin

Kelvin Gladwin is an experienced software engineering manager with a robust background in building high-quality business applications and leading technical teams. Currently at Vanguard since August 2021, Kelvin specializes in AWS, utilizing technologies such as Typescript, Angular, and React, alongside AI and machine learning tools. Previously, as a software engineering manager at Endurance International Group, Kelvin focused on team management, stakeholder collaboration, and product delivery while enhancing team engagement through an inclusive environment. Kelvin has also held senior technical roles at LexisNexis, MicroPact, Valence Health, and CSC, demonstrating extensive expertise in software architecture, team leadership, and cloud technologies, particularly within the AWS ecosystem. Kelvin holds an MBA with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Technology Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, a Master’s degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras.
