Perneet Malhotra

Perneet Malhotra is an experienced sourcing and procurement professional with a strong background in technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Head of Category Management at Vanguard since 2019, Perneet previously held multiple leadership roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Vice President of Enterprise Strategic Sourcing and Vice President of IT Strategic Sourcing from 2013 to 2018. Prior experience includes positions such as Global Director of IT Sourcing and Procurement Operations at Whirlpool Corporation and Director of Global Procurement and Sourcing at Convergys. Perneet began a career in sourcing at GE Capital as Assistant Vice President of IT Sourcing from 1999 to 2004. Perneet holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mysore, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
