Rebecca Cantwell

Rebecca Cantwell is the Head of Global Compensation at Vanguard since December 2013. Prior to that, Rebecca worked at Mercer from 2004 to December 2013, holding various titles including Principal in Human Capital. Rebecca also has experience as a Sr. Benefits Analyst at Spencer Stuart from 1999 to 2002, and as a Staff/Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young from 1997 to 1999. Rebecca earned a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame in 1996 and an MBA in MT from Villanova University in 2004.
