Taryn Stafford

Taryn Stafford, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in strategic management and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Manager in the Chief Technology Office Strategy and Planning at Vanguard since August 2008. Responsibilities include leading the CTO Strategy and Planning team, managing OKRs, and serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer. Taryn has held several roles at Vanguard, including Senior Project Manager, Technology Leadership Program Manager, and Senior Recruiter, where Taryn developed staffing plans and built relationships with hiring managers. Prior experience includes positions at Osram Sylvania, NovaStar Mortgage, and Macy's, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a minor in Psychology from The University of Akron.
