Thomas M. Rampulla

Thomas M. Rampulla is managing director of Vanguard's Financial Advisor Services division, which provides investments, services, education, and research to more than 1,000 financial advisory firms representing more than $1 trillion in assets. Most recently, he was head of Vanguard's U.K. and European operations. Mr. Rampulla joined Vanguard in 1988 and has held various management positions since then. He holds a bachelor's degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Drexel University. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
