Jason Hoffman

Jason Hoffman is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the fashion and real estate sectors. As Co-Founder of Seagate Asset Management since May 1997, Jason has overseen the development and management of mixed-use and multi-family properties across the United States. In addition, Jason co-founded the clothing brand MadRag in January 1993, which operates a chain of women's fashion apparel stores. Other ventures include Vanilla Sky Stores, a chain of women's boutiques in affluent suburban markets, and several family office investment vehicles, including Seagate Ventures, Seagate Equities, and Seagate Alternative Investments, all established to explore strategic investment opportunities across diverse industries. As Executive Director of the Howie Hoffman & Sons Foundation, Jason also contributes to philanthropic efforts. Previously, Jason served as CEO of the women's fashion brand Ali & Kris, which was sold in 2018. Jason continues to pursue further education at Baruch College, CUNY.
