Frank Romano III

Frank Romano III is currently the co-founder of Vanilla Video. Before that, they were the Quality Assurance Manager at KLO Professional Billing from June 2009 to December 2011. There, they created and staffed a QA department and managed 6+ people. Frank also designed and built reporting management tools to increase accuracy and quality throughout the company. Prior to that, Frank worked as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot from July 2005 to September 2006. There, they learned how to assist customers achieve their home improvement goals and maintain a heavy-traffic department that needed constant cleaning and facing. Before that, Frank worked as a Sales Associate at Circuit City from May 2002 to March 2004. There, they gained lots of experience working in retail and learned how to interact with customers and present himself professionally.

Frank Romano III studied film and video at the College of DuPage and The Art Institutes.
