Jip Eilbracht

Jip Eilbracht has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2008, Jip worked as a Video Journalist for Club van Delft, creating videos and animations for nonprofit organizations. From 2006 to 2013, Jip worked as a freelancer, specializing in video, web, and graphic design. During this time, Jip also served as a VJ, creating and mixing videos and animations for various events.

In 2011, Jip joined VirtuaLock, a software startup, as a Designer. Here, Jip focused on visual communication and marketing, as well as designing the UI for the Windows and Mac application. In 2014, Jip interned at ART+COM, gaining further experience in the design field.

Jip later joined Microsoft in 2015 as a Design intern, working on the Windows design studio and contributing to the Photos application. Jip's achievements at Microsoft include creating a UI design used by millions of people and developing a user experience framework for future Windows versions.

In 2016, Jip briefly worked at Unilever as part of the Disruptive Design Studio. Jip's most recent role was at Mapiq, where they held multiple positions. As Head of Design, Jip built a design team from the ground up and led a team of four. Additionally, as a Designer, Jip worked part-time on marketing materials and UX design.

Currently, Jip is employed at VanMoof as an Experience Designer starting in 2021. The specific responsibilities and achievements in this role have not been provided.

Jip Eilbracht's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Grotius College Delft for their secondary education of pre-university level (VWO). During this time, their field of study included arts, computer science, maths, physics, chemistry, and German. In addition, they also pursued a degree in International Baccalaureate language A2 English.

Moving forward, from 2010 to 2013, Jip attended Delft University of Technology for their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Design Engineering. Following this, in 2012, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Istanbul Technical University, focusing on industrial and product design as a minor study.

Continuing their education, Jip went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Design for Interaction at Delft University of Technology from 2014 to 2017.
