Jonathan Hum

Global CMO at VanMoof

Jonathan Hum is the current Global CMO at VanMoof. Prior to this, they served as the VP, Head of Marketing at MasterClass from January 2020 to February 2022. Jonathan also held the position of Global Senior Director, Brand Marketing at Nike from April 2016 to October 2019. Jonathan has also been a founding member of the Digital Advisory Board at Oregon Venture Fund since January 2016. Moreover, they have served as a mentor at Nike+ Accelerator (powered by TechStars) from March 2013 to June 2013. Jonathan began their professional journey as an Asst. Product Manager (Marketing) at Dorling Kindersley from January 1999 to December 2001. Thereafter, they became the New Product Development Manager at De Agostini from January 2001 to December 2001. Jonathan's next role was that of Sr Account Manager at black salt from January 2001 to December 2003. Thereafter, they became the VP Client Services & Strategy at Flytxt from October 2003 to August 2006. Finally, they served as the Managing Director at AKQA from August 2006 to March 2016, during which they helped build the fastest growing office in AKQA history.

Jonathan Hum completed a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology at University College London.

Their manager is Ties Carlier, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Steven Klooster - CFO, Gillian Tans - President, and Jeranne Koekkoek - Chief People Officer.
