Keith Callenberg

Keith Callenberg is an experienced data science professional currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Vannevar Labs since November 2022 and as a Machine Learning/Data Science Consultant at Calgorithms LLC since December 2021. Previously, Keith held the position of Associate Director of Machine Learning at Exact Sciences from July 2020 to December 2021, and Director of Machine Learning at UPMC Enterprises from July 2017 to July 2020, where also served as Lead Machine Learning Engineer. Earlier roles include Lead Bioinformatics Scientist at UPMC and Senior Clinical Research Scientist at Interpace Diagnostics. Academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh, following a B.S. in Computer Science with a focus on Bioinformatics from San José State University.
