Tatyana Bogynia

Tatyana Bogynia serves as the Head of Legal and Corporate Governance at VanOnGo since June 2023 and has held the position of Head of Legal Unit and Government Relations at Naftogaz of Ukraine since February 2021. Tatyana previously led the legal department at DTEK Renewables from January 2019 to December 2020 and managed legal and government relations at МПП Фірма "Ерідон"​ from March 2018 to February 2019. Tatyana's extensive experience includes overseeing legal compliance, advising on M&A transactions, and developing corporate legal strategies. Tatyana has also contributed to legal support for fundraising initiatives, external counsel management, and the establishment of compliance processes. Tatyana holds a master's degree in International Economic Law from Kiev National Economic University and a PhD in Lobbying from the Institute of State and Law. V.M. Koretsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, along with education from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
