Deborah Green has extensive work experience in the financial industry, primarily in customer operations and management roles. Deborah began their career as a Branch Manager at Halifax and later transitioned to Director-level positions at Aktiv Kapital, where they had responsibility for various operational areas and worked closely with the European management team. Deborah then established their own consultancy company, Effex Solutions Ltd, where they provided support to debt purchase and contingent companies in the UK. Deborah later joined Cabot Credit Management as the Head of Customer Operations and then as a Customer Operations Director, leading teams and driving business performance. Prior to their current role as a Customer Operations Director at Vanquis Bank, Deborah also served as the Chief Operations Officer at Amigo Loans. Deborah'sexperience spans over three decades, demonstrating their expertise in operations, strategy, and management within the financial industry.
Deborah Green completed their A Levels in English Literature, Mathematics, and Sociology at Invicta Grammar School for Girls from 1980 to 1987. Deborah then pursued a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General at Mid Kent College of Higher Education from 1989 to 1992.
