Caroline Louise Hesford is a skilled communications professional with extensive experience in consumer communications, particularly within the retail and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Consumer Communications Manager for Vanquis Bank since September 2023, Caroline leads PR, social media, and influencer strategies to enhance consumer focus. Previously, Caroline held various communications roles at TJX Europe, including leading consumer communications for Homesense UK & IE and overseeing the Pan-European Consumer PR strategy for TK Maxx. Caroline's career also includes managing PR and social strategies for Mothercare UK and gaining experience as a broadcast assistant for BBC Radio Essex. With a strong educational background in English Literature from Liverpool John Moores University and additional training at London Sound Academy, Caroline continues to develop professionally in the communications field.
