Deborah Green

Deborah Green has a strong background in the financial industry, with a focus on customer operations and collections. Deborah currently holds the position of Customer Operations Director at Vanquis Banking Group, where they oversee multiple teams and areas such as collections, recoveries, fraud, and customer service. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Amigo Loans and the Customer Operations Director at Cabot Credit Management. Deborah also has experience as a Management Consultant at Effex Solutions Ltd, where they worked with debt purchase and contingent companies in the UK. Before that, they held various director-level roles at Aktiv Kapital, where they were responsible for operational areas, strategy, and business efficiency.

Deborah Green attended Invicta Grammar School for Girls from 1980 to 1987, where they obtained their A Levels in English Literature, Mathematics, and Sociology. Later, from 1989 to 1992, they attended the Mid Kent College of Higher Education and earned a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management.
