Graham Pye

Graham Pye has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Graham is currently serving as the Director of People Services at Vanquis Banking Group since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Provident Financial Group UK & ROI, where they held various roles including HR Director from July 2017 to April 2022, Head of HR Operations from June 2015 to July 2017, and other positions related to people policy, services, recruitment, and employee relations. Before joining Provident Financial Group, Pye had a brief sales support role at George Barker Refrigeration in 1993. Graham also gained industrial placement experience at ICI CHEMICALS & POLYMERS LIMITED in 1990.

Graham Pye attended the University of Bradford from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies. Graham then pursued further education at Leeds Beckett University from 1997 to 1999, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
