Jem Walters is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in financial services and innovation. As the Group Chief Technology Officer at Vanquis Banking Group, Jem is responsible for driving technology strategy and implementation. Previously, as Co-Founder and CTO of Snoop, Jem played a pivotal role in developing a new banking experience. Jem also has experience as a Developer at Natwest Life, contributing to software development initiatives. Currently, Jem is taking some time off.
