Becky Felton started their work experience in 2017 as a Co-Owner of In-House Design, a full-service sales and installer of custom screen doors and custom window screens. Becky represented numerous manufacturers for screens and wallpaper made to order.
In 2019, Felton joined Vanquish Worldwide as a Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the overall success of numerous contracts with the United States Government. Becky managed different operational functions in accordance with established company policies, procedures, systems, and requirements. Becky regularly consulted with and reported to the General Manager regarding project performance. Additionally, they also held the position of Project Manager from August 2019 to July 2023.

Becky Felton completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on English - Emphasis on Language, Writing and Editing - Technical Communication Concentration at North Carolina State University in 1998. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in July 2020, a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in June 2020, a Social Media Management and Marketing for Business Certificate from North Carolina State University in April 2020, and an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner certification from Insights in February 2020.
