  • Develop and execute onboarding programs for new partners, ensuring they understand Vanta’s value proposition, products, and how to integrate Vanta into their GTM motion.
  • Plan and execute partner-focused events, webinars, and other engagement activities to foster a strong and collaborative partner community.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for partners, reviewing product updates, sales techniques, and best practices to help achieve partner goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a library of enablement materials, including product guides, sales playbooks, training videos, and other resources to support external partners.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs. Create rewards and incentives for partners to achieve onboarding and enablement milestones.
  • Gather feedback from partners to inform product development, marketing strategies, and enablement programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with partner needs.

How to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner/Channel enablement, preferably at a high-growth startup.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs, both in-person and virtually for external communities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Expertise in using Partner  enablement tech including PRMs (Impartner), LMS  (Workramp, Docebo) Content Management Systems (Seismic, Highspot) and Knowledge Management Systems (Guru)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to driving continuous improvements
  • A bias for action and ability to operate with resilience

What you can expect as a Vantan:

  • Industry-competitive compensation

About Vanta

We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.

Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
