Stephanie Zau is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people business partnering across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of People Business Partner at Vanta since March 2022, Stephanie supports all Tech teams and General & Administrative teams. Prior experience includes roles at Robinhood, where support was provided to Finance, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as a tenure at Intercom as an HR Business Partner for Research and Development. Previously, at Intuit, Stephanie held multiple positions, culminating in impactful talent development initiatives and onboarding programs.
