Saana Simelius

Saana Simelius currently serves as a School Psychologist and previously held the role of School Psychology Intern at Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue since August 2023. From May 2022 to June 2023, Saana worked as a Fellow Intern at McKinsey & Company, contributing to projects focused on governance model design and cost optimization, while also receiving commendations for problem-solving skills and client communication. Additional roles at McKinsey included a Student Assistant in Advanced Industries and a Recruiting Intern, supporting the recruitment process. Prior experience includes serving as a Psychology Assistant at MPS Enterprises, facilitating candidate assessments, and a Talent & People Operations Trainee at Efecte Plc, where Saana streamlined recruitment processes. Saana's education includes a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Helsinki, along with ongoing studies for a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University.
