Lisa Leath, SHRM-SCP

Lisa Leath, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. In 2005, they began working as a Human Resources/ Benefits Generalist for Haug Partners LLP. From 2008 to 2015, they worked for Corning Incorporated in various roles, including HR Manager, Plant HR Manager, and Human Resources Generalist/ Employee Relations Specialist. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Human Resources for Alcami Corporation, where they were responsible for the design and implementation of global HR strategy. In 2017, they started their own firm, Leath HR Group, where they served as Owner and President + Chief Practitioner. In 2019, they became Co-Founder of WorkTok, an employee check-in platform. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as Chief People Officer for Vantaca, a leading technology company for community management.

Lisa Leath, SHRM-SCP obtained a B.S. in Labor Studies & Industrial Relations from Penn State University in 2005. In 2017, they earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
