Meredith Hughes has a wealth of experience in customer experience, account management, administrative assistant work, ministry internships, and gymnastics coaching. Meredith began their career in 2009 as a Gymnastics Coach at Apex Gymnastics, where they coached girls ages 3 to 14 years old, and acted as a summer camp instructor. In 2012, they took on a Youth Ministry Intern role at Apex United Methodist Church Family. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Gymnastics Coach at Peak Gymnastics Academy, and in 2014, they became a Taste and See Ministry Intern at the North Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church. Meredith then moved on to Standard Glass Company in 2015, where they acted as an Administrative Assistant, tracking inventory, quoting estimates, and performing general office work. In 2017, they became an Account Manager at Amega Marketing, and in 2018, they took on their current role as Director of Customer Experience at Vantaca.
Meredith Hughes obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2017, with a focus on Operations Management and International Business. From 2015 to 2016, they also studied Operations Management and International Business at the University of Valencia.
