Boula Rizkallah

Boula Rizkallah is an experienced professional in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management within the drilling industry. Currently serving as the Corporate QHSE Manager and Advisor at VANTAGE DRILLING since February 2019, Boula also holds the position of HSE Workgroup Chairman at the IADC Southern Arabian Peninsula Chapter. Prior experience includes roles as Offshore Safety Advisor at Shelf Drilling and Senior QHSE Engineer at Sinotharwa Drilling Company. Boula's career began with various HSE trainee positions at prominent companies such as Shell and bp. Boula holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Minufiya University.
