Douglas Halkett

Doug Halkett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the drilling industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Vantage Drilling Co. Previously, Doug held the position of Division Manager at Transocean from 1996 to 2007, demonstrating a strong background in operational management. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, completing studies from 1977 to 1981.
