Jonathan Alfaro

Jonathan Alfaro is a highly skilled Cyber Driller with extensive experience in managing drilling operations across various drilling systems. Currently serving at VANTAGE DRILLING since September 2022, Jonathan oversees operations on a 6th Gen drillship, including casing runs and completions. Previously, Jonathan worked at Saipem as a Cyber Driller on a 7th Gen drillship, where responsibilities included managing diverse drilling activities. Experience at PM Offshore involved managing drilling packages on jack-up rigs, ensuring equipment health, and maintaining safety protocols. Jonathan’s career began at Grupo R Perforación, where skills were developed as a Cyber Driller and Assistant Driller for over a decade. Jonathan holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
