The Company's principal business is to contract drilling units, related equipment and work crews, primarily on a dayrate basis, to drill oil and gas wells for its customers. The Company, through its fleet of drilling units, provides offshore contract drilling services to national and independent oil and natural gas companies, focused on international markets. The Company, for drilling units owned by others, provides construction supervision services while under construction, preservation management services when stacked and operations and marketing services for operating rigs.
