Jeremy Sheppard

Jeremy Sheppard has extensive work experience in various roles related to manufacturing and operations. Jeremy is currently the Vice President of Manufacturing at Vantage Elevation, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the General Manager at Vantage Elevation from January 2020 to November 2022.

Before joining Vantage Elevation, Jeremy held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Burgaflex North America from July 2009 to July 2019. Jeremy was responsible for overseeing production, managing customer relationships, developing and managing the supply chain, implementing ERP/MRP systems, and leading quality management initiatives. During their tenure, they achieved significant growth, expanded the team, and played a key role in the transition to private equity ownership.

Jeremy also gained experience as a General Manager at Progressive Metal Manufacturing Company from June 2008 to June 2009 and as an Operations Manager at Spiral Industries Inc from June 2003 to January 2008. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Manufacturing Representative at TZ.

Jeremy Sheppard earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, where they studied from 1990 to 1995.
