Denise Watkins

Denise Watkins is a seasoned insurance executive with extensive experience in casualty and healthcare underwriting. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Casualty at Vantage Risk Companies since June 2021, Denise previously held a similar senior vice president role at Sompo International from December 2011 to June 2021. Denise began their career at AIG, where notable roles included Vice President in Cat Excess Liability and leadership positions in Excess Casualty. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Travelers Insurance. Denise holds a degree in Finance and Risk Management from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and has earned designations as a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
