Kelly Lackner

Kelly Lackner has over 20 years of experience in talent management and human resources. Kelly currently holds the position of VP, Senior Talent Partner at Vantage Risk Companies. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Talent Management and Employee Experience at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., where they were responsible for transforming the talent strategy for the company's top leaders and driving employee engagement initiatives. Before that, Kelly was Vice President, Human Resources at AVANGRID, where they led talent strategy and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts for the organization. Kelly also has experience as Vice President, Global Talent Management at AXA XL and Vice President of Learning and Development at XL Catlin. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Right Management and Accenture.

Kelly Lackner holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Communication from Fairfield University and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Additionally, Kelly has obtained certifications including Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems, and MBTI Type II from The Myers-Briggs Company.
