Jing Li

Jing L. is a senior software engineer at Vantage Labs LLC since September 2022. Previously, served as the CTO at PenguinBooster from January 2011 to September 2016, and held the position of CTO of the Mobile Video Department at PPLive from January 2010 to January 2013. Jing L. also founded Beijing Digital Dog Network and successfully raised 1 million USD in 2006. Graduated from Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology in 2003 with a degree in Computer Science.
