Ali Butler

Alison (Ali) Butler has a strong background in law, with experience in M&A, corporate governance, securities, and commercial agreements. From 2011 to 2020, Alison (Ali) worked at Wolters Kluwer as Deputy General Counsel, providing legal support for the Tax and Accounting division. Alison (Ali) also served as Senior M&A Counsel at Accenture and Partner/Associate at Mayer Brown prior to that. Ali currently holds the position of General Counsel at Vantage Specialty Chemicals, where Alison (Ali) manages all legal matters for the company.
