Hemal Ratilal

Hemal started his career in Facility Management in Malaysia in various industries ranging from banking, call center, insurance and pharmaceutical industry where he developed a strong customer service and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders involving various departments in the organization and outsourced Building Management consultant.

During this time, Hemal completed his MBA and soon landed a job in a reputable builder/developer with a position of Manager, Customer Service and Property Management dealing mainly strata in accordance to the local strata legislation in Malaysia.
