Jacinta jointed the Vantage Strata team in 2024 with limited experience, and is eagar to absorb and learn as much as possible about the ever expanding Strata industry. Jacinta has strong dedication and an eagerness to adapt and expand her skills.

Jacinta works very well independently and is self-motivated. She is also a supportive team player who connects well with her peers and can collaborate effectively.

In her free time, Jacinta can ususlly be found at home with her partner, working on their car or spending time with friends playng boardgames and having fun.
