Clayton Rogers

Clayton Rogers is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Vantage Technology Ltd since June 2022, Clayton previously held similar leadership roles at Circadence and the SANS Institute, where responsibilities included overseeing technical visions and ensuring successful product delivery. With earlier positions at HP and Microsoft, Clayton has a proven track record in establishing core engineering practices and managing cross-functional teams to improve product adoption and streamline development processes. Clayton holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
