Marco Basten

Marco Basten has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as an Officer Candidate in the Bundeswehr from 2004 to 2007. Marco then served as an Officer in the Military Police, specializing in Military Police Platoon Leadership. During their time in the Bundeswehr, they also pursued a degree in Compliance & Corporate Security (LL.M.) at Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln from 2016 to 2018. After completing their military service, Marco worked as an Expert Security Projects at Metro AG from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Corporate Security at Vantage Towers, starting from March 2021. Additionally, they had internships at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and Hanns Seidel Foundation in 2010 and 2009, respectively.
