Jade Oesterle

Jade Oesterle has extensive experience in loan servicing, collections, and recovery, currently serving as VP of Loan Servicing, Collections & Recovery at Vantage West Credit Union since March 2011, with prior roles including AVP of Loan Administration and Manager of Loss Mitigation. Earlier, Jade worked at Citi from 2007 to 2011 as Unit Manager of Mortgage Servicing and participated in the Talent Acceleration Program in Collections. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Business Administration from the University of Arizona, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, and graduation from the Western CUNA Management School.
