Keysha Webb

Keysha Webb has a diverse work experience, starting as a Staff Auditor at Heinfeld, Meech & Co., P.C. in 2002. Keysha then moved on to Providence Service Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Internal Auditor and later as an IT Compliance Manager. In 2011, Keysha joined Vantage West Credit Union as the Lead Internal Auditor and eventually took on roles as the Manager of Member Experience, Director of Digital Commerce, AVP of Retail Solutions, Vice President of Remote Delivery & Innovation, and finally the SVP of Strategy & Market Development. In their various roles at Vantage West Credit Union, Keysha focused on developing digital strategies, enhancing member experiences, and driving business growth through innovative technology and solutions.

Keysha Webb obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management in the years 1998 to 2002. Keysha later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with concentrations in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the same institution, completing it in 2017. In addition to their degrees, Keysha also holds certifications as a Net Promoter Certified Associate from Satmetrix, which they obtained in September 2013, and as a Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., which they obtained in June 2013.
