Xavier C. Martin

Xavier C. Martin Ph.D is a seasoned professional in management and commercial strategy with extensive experience as a senior consultant at Vantage Partners since January 2016 and as a faculty member at HEC since July 2003. Martin served as CEO of Leadership Campus from January 2016 to December 2021, where notable clients included major corporations such as Google, Exxon Mobil, and LVMH.
