Kranthi Kiran GV is a founding AI engineer at Vantager since December 2024, focusing on building generative AI for private markets, including AI-driven document processing pipelines and structured data extraction systems. Previously, Kranthi held the position of senior software engineer at DataChat, where work centered on agent-based data analysis and issues such as model hallucinations and prompt engineering. Kranthi also served as a research assistant at the NYU Center for Data Science, contributing to a multi-modal breast cancer detection model and extracting structured information from extensive pathology reports. Prior experience includes a role as a student researcher at NYU Langone Health and a software engineer at Microsoft, where leadership in developing PDF features for the Office iOS application culminated in a successful v1 release used by millions. Kranthi earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from New York University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
